Rthdcpl.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

All you need to do is download the following file and run it. This file can also be found on Microsoft's website. We have it here for you to download faster.

To download the file click here, then click on "Open" or "Run" and wait for the download, when it finishes click on "Open" or Run" again if prompted. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. You may be prompted to restart the computer when the process finishes. Save all of your work and restart.
