Tim's Computers offers remote assistance over the internet to help you with your computer related problems. Remote Assistance gives our technicians the ability to work on your computer without actually having to be sitting at your desk.

We are currently using a program caled TeamViewer for remote access. If you would like to receive remote help with a computer problem, simply click on the TeamViewer logo below and the software will install itself.  Once installed, the program will generate two small sets of numbers that you will read to our technicians. These sets of numbers are what enable us to access your computer. The software only works per instance, meaning once the technician is finished working with your computer, nobody will be able to access it unless you re run the program from our website.
